Position
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales of the system in the UK. He/she will report to the Sales Director EMEA, Capital Equipment. The ideal candidate can be home based, most probably in London or Greater London area to allow travel across the territory.

The system has received CE mark. Clinical trials have demonstrated significant improvement over existing similar devices in terms of clinical outcome as well as ease of use. Product adoption has been fast and the company is rapidly becoming a strong player in the SCS business in Europe.

Position
The Company is setting up additional clinical trials in Europe. In this dynamic context, we are seeking to recruit a Field Clinical Engineer for the UK who will report to the EMEA Director of Clinical Affairs. The FCE will serve as the technical and clinical expert in the country, and occasionally abroad, providing pre-implant, implant and follow-up support and being the link between physicians and the company, primarily in the context of clinical studies and new product evaluation.
He/she will help identifying new technologies and new directions for existing technology, as well as changes in clinical practices, and support the identification of KOL. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the further development of this promising system; with frequent communication with / feedback to other departments (R&D, Regulatory, Marketing, ...).
The Field Clinical Engineer will be instrumental in providing high level service, support and training. He/she will also collaborate with the UK sales team and, when needed, to colleagues in other countries – travel abroad could be up to 50% on these occasions.
Profile
We are looking for entrepreneurial, self-starting individuals who have acquired solid experience in a clinical support role for an internationally operating medical device company, with strong physician (and preferably patient-) relation building skills.

Our client quoted on the NYSE is one of the world’s leading specialists in orthopaedic implants, which are used in reconstructive surgery, trauma, dental and spinal surgery.
The company is a truly global medical devices company with sales, marketing as well as R&D and manufacturing sites in the US as well as internationally.
In 2010 it acquired a Geneva Switzerland based company specialising in the development and commercialisation of a range of power instruments and consumables used by Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Our client had previously been a distributor for the company’s products which are approved for sales globally. Seeing its potential our client is investing heavily in its new subsidiary that today employs over 70 staff in Geneva.
Position
Our client is upgrading its management team for anticipated growth and is hiring an Operations Manager who will lead a team of 35 staff that is expanding quickly as part of the investment programme in the newly acquired surgical business.
The position will report into the company’s VP and General Manager and be based in Geneva, and be a key member or the leadership team but also maintain close contact with the company’s US operations organisation and management.
Profile
The company is looking for a real professional in operations and will offer an attractive salary package to the selected candidate who will probably possess:
• 5+ years’ experience operations experience in Medical Devices
• Understanding of the FDA and MDD, RA and QA requirements
• Leadership skills and experience
• Enjoy working in a dynamic results orientated environment
• Good spoken and written English and French language skills
• Some manufacturing experience
• Engineering degree
