Claire
offers over nine years experience in executive
search & selection for the medical device
and biotech industries. Since she joined MTCE
in 1995, she has acquired extensive expertise
recruiting across a variety of functional disciplines
on a European and country basis. She focuses on
medical technologies, with particular emphasis
on cardiology (EP, CRM, interventional), neurology,
and various surgical disciplines and niche markets.
Over the years, Claire has notably had the opportunity
to assist a number of North-American start-up
companies in hiring key professionals, from clinical
support functions to sales, marketing and general
management, and build their organisation, thereby
gaining in-depth understanding of their particular
needs. One of the founding partners of HTI, Claire
develops particular contacts with company HQ,
affiliates and candidates based in the northern
part of Europe. |
