Experience	Edith Howard worked for many years at Medtronic Europe (Paris and Brussels HQ) and held senior positions in Finance and Human Resources. She also spent two years at the company's corporate HQ in the US and worked on strategic HR projects, heading a group of 20 people. In 1993/94, she joined Biogen Europe as an HR consultant and managed, from an HR perspective, the creation of its European organisation, recruiting senior and middle management for all its functional divisions, and handling other HR activities. In 1994, she set up the Personnel & Recruitment division of Medical Technology Consultants Europe and headed this division for four years. After the acquisition of MTCE by Quintiles, in 1997, she created HTI in 1998.
Expertise	Edith conducts senior level, European assignments for Multinational clients. She specialises in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and in Neurology but has experience in a wide variety of markets, serving companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and Medical Devices area. In addition, Edith has acquired a very good understanding of specific start-up company needs and has developed a know-how in selecting and recruiting high level executives for this specific sector. She also prepares and executes H.R. audits.
