Experience	As of 1968, Gerard Fulconis worked for 10 years as auditor and business consultant with Price Waterhouse and Peat Marwick Mitchell, now KPMG. As Business Consultant, he focused on organization development, companies structuring and executive search. Early 1978, he joined Medtronic Europe Middle East and Africa as Director of Human Resources and Communication and participated actively to the building of the European organization. In 1985, he became Director South Europe of the company managing the subsidiaries of the area. In 1989, he set up he Neuro/Vascular division and participated actively to the newly organization aiming at strengthening the diversification of Medtronic in Europe. In 1991 he joined Air Liquide, world leader in industrial gases as Director for Human Resources Europe, Africa and Latin America, also at the same time for 3 years Human Resources Director of Air Liquide Healthcare global business. He joined HTI in 1999 as Partner in charge of Business Development.
Expertise	Gerard has gained a broad knowledge in management of European operations using his experience in both operations and HR responsibilities at the European level of large global companies in the Healthcare industry: Medical Devices and Services. He conducts senior level European assignments for multinational clients, specializing in the medical devices with a focus on cardiology, neurology, diabetes, and spinal surgery. He also assists clients in HR audits, organization review, top management assessment, restructuring, management and coaching.
