Experience	Muriel HENRY has a background of 18 years of Human Resource Management in Compensation, Expatriate programs, Relocation and Recruitment and managed various broad HR European projects. While working for ABB and 3M, she managed large scale recruitments of multi-national, high calibre engineers. For 10 years she was HR Manager for two major Medical Devices companies specialized in Cardiology, and she worked in Belgium and France. Her projects included recruitment of top management for a manufacturing site and development and implementation of a performance review program. In 1994, Muriel joined MTC as a Senior Consultant to develop the executive search practice, and was one of the co-founders of HTI.
Expertise	Muriel brings with her many years of expertise in recruiting high tech people. She specializes in Cardiology, Urology, Orthopaedics and Dermatology/Cosmetics. She has conducted assignments for newly established companies as well as well known pharmaceutical groups. Her expertise covers a wide range of functions and includes Regulatory, Quality, Clinical as well as Sales, Marketing and General Management. Muriel also provides HR support services for start-up companies.
