Patrizia worked as human resources manager for Boston scientific Italy, participating actively to the building of BSC Italy HR organization, recruiting profile for the healthcare industry, managing career development plans and acting as co-facilitor for development training based on 360 degrees feed-back.
Working with corporate group she implemented several HR projects as 'Health and security in ORS', climate survey and compensation systems.
She also covered human resources manager positions in Ital for multinational companies as A.P. Moller Group, Outokumpu and Bosch Rexroth, working with international teams and actinc also as external communication manager.
