• Jan 27, 2012 - JP Morgan Healthcare Conference, San Francisco

  HTI was pleased to attend this year’s JP Morgan Healthcare conference, which brought 9000 industry leaders, investors and entrepreneurs together. It proved to be a great place to meet clients, make new contacts, hear about new technologies and strengthen our connections with VC firms and start-up CEO in North America to reinforce the image of HTi as an international boutique search firm. The larger biotech and medical device companies still have money to invest in high-value assets and promising new technologies and despite a climate of uncertainty, we definitely felt a positive “buzz” coming from VC firms and entrepreneurs. Medical device remains a very active field as well as Healthcare IT. We made good contacts and were fortunate to meet many passionate and interesting people. We look forward to following up on these contacts and assist some exciting start-ups with finding the right people to start or expand their operations in Europe this year!
