Edith has over 25 years of experience in executive search supporting healthcare clients and collaborating with venture firms to place C- level talents for innovative startups.
Before founding HTI in 1998, Edith held senior positions in Finance and Human Resources within Medtronic in France, Belgium and Minneapolis. She has also worked as HR Director for Biogen Europe.
Edith speaks French and English and holds a degree in Finance and Law.
One of the founding Partners at HTI, Claire has over 20 years experience in Executive Search in the healthcare industry, with particular focus on, and passion for Medtech innovation. Building on her solid industry knowledge, experience and network, she successfully managed numerous senior search assignments across borders in Europe for a variety of large, mid-sized and start-up firms, for all functional areas.
Claire graduated from the University of Amsterdam and is fluent in English and French besides her native Dutch.
Before becoming a founder partner of HTI in 1998, Muriel worked for several years in different Human Resources Management roles, with a particular emphasis on expatriate, relocation and compensation/benefits issues. She is experienced in supporting where clients have a need for senior and middle management talent for their European business and Finance/HR positions. She also specializes in supporting start-up clients with Human Resources support.
Brid has dual Irish/French nationality and is a Graduate of the University of Ulster, BA (HONS). Before joining HTI, Brid worked in Advertising and Communication for global Corporate and HR agencies. Since joining HTI in 2006, Brid specializes in the areas of Medical Devices, Digital Health and Healthcare IT. With nearly 30 years’ experience of living and working in different countries and cultures, Brid also advises on topics such as Intercultural Skills and Adaptability.
Medhi holds a diploma in Business Administration and brings over 30 years of senior management experience in Diagnostic. He worked with prestigious diagnostic companies where he held business Unit Manager and General Manager positions. He was involved in several companies acquisitions and managed team integration.
He joined HTI in 2017 to develop the diagnostic Executive search activities.
Medhi is based in the Paris office, he speaks French and English.
Agata, MD, worked both as physician and in the medtech industry. During the 12 years spent at Boston Scientific she introduced innovated technologies into the market – among which the first aortic stent graft worldwide. Her fascination for disruptive technologies in all fields of medicine led her to join HTI in 2008. Ever since she has helped numerous start-ups and large companies to fill senior and middle management positions.
Gérard is a Biochemistry Engineer. He joined HTI in 2006 after 25 years in the Medical Device Industry where he held Senior Management positions in Europe and in the USA, for large companies (CR Bard, Baxter, Medtronic) and start up (Cryocath), in Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Neurological and Diagnostic.Building on his solid industry knowledge and network, Gérard has assisted many companies of all sizes to fill senior and middle management positions at the European and Global levels. Gérard has Swiss and French nationalities.
THINKING OUT OF THE BOX is the Credo of Detlef Mangels as a Sales & Marketing Professional in Medical Devices. His career as Country CEO, Business Director, Director of EU North or Sales Leader of innovative start Up Companies in the D, A, CH region, always needed creativity and engagement. He is a very experienced hands on Manager with high reputation in the Medical Device Family of Diagnostic, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology and GPO / DRG Management.
Detlef joined HTI one year ago to continue to expand HTI search business in the DACH region.
After graduating as a lawyer and with a Master Degree in management, Anne has worked for 23 years in various International Medical Societies as Human Resources and Communication Director. Besides her expertise in recruiting high level profiles for the medical industry or institutions, she is a specialist of team appraisal and change management and has in depth experience in individual assessment and people development, with a professional Coaching Certification.
With a degree in Pharmacy and the industry experience as a Product Manager and Head Pharmacist of Kendall, Laure moved to HR Consulting in 1990. Ever since she has lead innumerous assignments for pharma, medtech and diagnostic companies of all sizes.
Laure joined HTI in 2017 where her invaluable experience and network within the healthcare industry reflect in high success rates of utterly specialized assignments.
