Originally from Nuremberg, Selina is an accomplished polyglot, mastering German, English, Spanish, and French. Her degrees in language and literature reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and the pursuit of excellence. Prior to joining HTI in 2023, Selina spent several years in language teaching and also acquired experience in intercultural communication as a language project coordinator. Curious by nature, Selina stands out for her interest in human contact and project management. Her intercultural experiences acquired through her travels and life in France for the past three years enable her to contribute effectively to the team, and her positive energy and values of openness and diversity make all the difference for candidates and HTI’s customers.

Olga has Ukrainian origin, came to France and joined HTI in 2022 to strengthen HTI’s Team of
executive researchers. She holds Master degree in Linguistics (Philology and Translation).
She has solid experience in Recruitment since 2007. Being involved in different HR projects, she
occupied the position of HRD in 2019 where she was responsible of the recruitment of big
national company. She speaks French, English, Ukrainian and Russian fluently. She supports
leading digital health companies, innovative start-ups and medical device clients with the
international search for senior, mid-level management and key employees on French and
European markets.

An occupational Psychologist, Gregory Briffard started his career in HR project management and consulting. During this period he carried out a variety of projects including assessment, outplacement, training, and career development. Subsequently he worked for 10 years for a French search firm, managing numerous search missions for Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, Medical Device and Diagnostic companies as well as for CRO and other service-related firms. In this capacity he recruited various positions for R&D and manufacturing sites, as well as Sales and marketing either at Headquarters or France level.
Gregory has a sound understanding of the Healthcare Industry and has developed over many years a real job expertise and insight into the Health Industry needs. Thanks to his background in Psychology, Gregory can also provide additional HR services to his clients

Pharmacist with a degree in business, Florence Chateau worked for 15 years in the cosmetics and health sector before joining HR consulting in 2005. Certified assessor, coach for over 15 years, member of the EMCC, she supports organizations and individuals towards better performance. As a partner of HTI, she works on Talent management subjects such as changes in managerial practices, in-depth assessments, coaching, and competency framework. Her approach is systemic, neurocognitive and behavioural (NBA).

With a Master degree in Human Sciences, Alexis started his career at Bayer Healthcare’s Oncology BU in a product management role for a drug to treat kidney cancer. Keen to combine his educational background with his interest in healthcare, Alexis switched to recruitment in 2008, joining the healthcare practice of a large recruitment firm as a Researcher. In 2011 he became Consultant in a newly created search firm dedicated to healthcare where he managed a variety of searches for pharmaceutical, medical device and home care clients in France. Alexis joined HTI early 2020 as Senior Consultant, where he continues to develop his scope of skills and client base, and brings his specific expertise to the team, notably in the growing home care markets.

Agata, MD, worked both as physician and in the medtech industry. During the 12 years spent at Boston Scientific she introduced innovated technologies into the market – among which the first aortic stent graft worldwide. Her fascination for disruptive technologies in all fields of medicine led her to join HTI in 2008. Ever since she has helped numerous start-ups and large companies to fill senior and middle management positions.

With a degree in Pharmacy and the industry experience as a Product Manager and Head Pharmacist of Kendall, Laure moved to HR Consulting in 1990. Ever since she has lead innumerous assignments for pharma, medtech and diagnostic companies of all sizes.
Laure joined HTI in 2017 where her invaluable experience and network within the healthcare industry reflect in high success rates of utterly specialized assignments.

Gérard is a Biochemistry Engineer. He joined HTI in 2006 after 25 years in the Medical Device Industry where he held Senior Management positions in Europe and in the USA, for large companies (CR Bard, Baxter, Medtronic) and start up (Cryocath), in Cardiac Surgery, Cardiology, Neurological and Diagnostic.Building on his solid industry knowledge and network, Gérard has assisted many companies of all sizes to fill senior and middle management positions at the European and Global levels. Gérard has Swiss and French nationalities.

Aleksandra joined HTI early 2019. With Master degrees in Marketing and Biologics and a specialization in Genetics, she previously held various positions in research, customer service, sales administration and marketing, which provided her with good insight into the dynamics of healthcare companies. She speaks fluent English, French, Greek and Albanian.
Owing to her international work experience and scope, Aleksandra has a profound affinity with our multicultural client and customer base as well as the quick understanding, interest and strong engagement needed for recruitment in the dynamic and complex field of life sciences.

Gerard is a graduate of HEC, Paris and of the Sorbonne.
Starting his career as Auditor and Business Consultant with Price Waterhouse and KPMG, Gerard joined Medtronic EMEA as HR & Communication Director. Subsequent roles included Director South Europe and Director Neuro/Vascular. In 1991 he joined Air Liquide as Director HR Europe, Africa and Latin America.
He became Partner at HTI in 1999. Gérard is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Italian.
